Originally from England, Terry has spent the vast majority of his career delivering major works with the biggest and best companies in each state across Australia.

His depth and range of experience is beyond parallel when it comes to the senior management and delivery of projects, which in part demonstrates his great passion and knowledge of the construction industry.

Terry has project managed in excess of $800M worth of work across all facets of construction during his career. Some of the major companies which have benefited from his employment include Hansen Yuncken, Concrete Constructions, Westpoint, EA Watts, Intertruct and Leightons.

Warren capitalised on years of experience and exposure growing up in the industry through his studies in mechanical engineering, construction engineering and business.

His studies were performed in unison with practical experience in the field. Which later led to a cadetship and career development through the prestigious construction firm: Baulderstone Hornibrook working on an array of multi storey residential projects and infrastructure works.

Thereafter Warren left Australia for the UK where he spent 5 years project managing high rise commercial buildings in London’s newly formed Canary Wharf CBD.

On his return Terry and Warren ventured into business together which led to their creation of Builtform Constructions.

Since 2010, Warren and Terry created Mayce Constructions and together they have continued their skills set and have endeavoured to be at front of new technology and methodology.
